Mission Statement

CABA is a not-for-profit 501(c)6 membership trade association of aftermarket businesses in Maryland, Delaware and Washington, DC. CABA is dedicated to the development of locally owned auto repair & tire service centers, their jobbers and the aftermarket professionals that supply them. The focus of CABA efforts is on programs and services that enhance our member’s competitive skills, lower their business operating expenses and help them attract, motivate & keep the best employees.

Many will ask… how can CABA help my business?  Well, CABA offers many exclusive benefits to its member businesses in the Maryland, Delaware, and Washington DC areas including resources to:  enhance company competitiveness, lower operating costs, connect with the local marketplace, and most importantly attract, motivate, and keep the best employees.  Within the automotive industry gaining a competitive edge can be crucial which is why CABA offers its members a monthly newsletter, aftermarket education days, and even business skills management programs. CABA keeps its members up-to-date on everything that is occurring within the industry.  CABA also understands how operating costs can add up these days, which is why we also offer a variety of discounted services. CABA members can get discounts on everything from custom-printed business forms to human resource management services to business insurance, etc. In addition, we all know how important it is to attract, motivate, and keep the absolute best employees, which is why we offer a variety of employee rewards for our member businesses. CABA offers a 5-Point Employee Benefit Health Program as well as Employee Benefit Retirement Programs and even credit union savings and free checking. CABA can also help you to connect within your local community through advertising, sponsorship, and CABA volunteer community service.
